Aftersales Service
I and my wife have been customers at Brayley St Albans for about 15 years. Apart from Hondas being very reliable cars, loyalty to this garage is earned through its excellent service and customer relations.
A recent blip with a satnav mapping error was dealt with immediately. Very happy.

Great service and very friendly
Very friendly servicing staff and great collection service. My car was collected from my house for it's annual service by a very friendly and polite man, service was carried out quickly with a details summary when the service was completed. Car was cleaned inside and out before being returned back to my driveway. Thanks Brayley.

Very helpful, as always.
I dropped my car off for annual service. When booking, I asked them to investigate a minor issue as part of the service.
They did so as part of the service (at no charge because I'm on a service plan) and also identified some maintenance work that was not necessary immediately, but which would be an MOT advisory in a few months. They also explained, several times, exactly which parts needed replacing and why.
Manoj Najee was very helpful and patient, as was Stewart who had investigated the minor issue, and took the time to show me exactly what was causing it.
I have been using Brayley Honda, St Albans for 3 years. They are always helpful, efficient, courteous and good value. I'm not surprised they have so many good reviews.
