Excellent service at a good price
Excellent service at a good price. The high standards of when the team was Coupers in St Albans town centre are maintained. Remains a business you can trust to do the work needed well and not try to sell you more that is not. Also on this occasion when a part took time to source worked hard to ensure the car could be returned serviced, repaired and MOT'd (and washed perfectly) well within a day.

Don't expect anything from customer service
Had two recent poor visits to the branch to test drive cars, both pre-arranaged.
On the 1stvisit the car was sold so was unable to test drive it. On the 2nd visit the car wasn't there. We were kept waiting for nearly an hour whilst somone went to get the car. No real apology was offered. After the 2nd visit, the sales rep phoned my partner and was rude to her. We bought a car elsewhere.

Car service - no problem!
Easy process start to finish, booked online at a convenient time to me. Easy online check in for the service. Friendly and enthusiastic welcome on arrival, everything, (paperwork etc.) all ready to go, so no long waits to drop my car off. All day service booked but they were able to get my car turned around more quickly, so I was able to get it back early. Very helpful all round.

Disappointing…
The car was taken in at the appointed time for a service and MOT. An update link was sent to enable me to track progress, but that never got past 3 blobs out of 6. A message arrived to tell me additional work was needed which I authorised on line. I also called and finding the line busy, asked for a call back. I did not receive a call back. When I returned to collect the car the paperwork had been returned as finished but the additional work had not been done. I then had to wait a further 30 mins for the car to go back into the workshop. The service consultant was polite and attempted to explain the issues as connected with a forthcoming premises move. That, however, is not the customer’s issue and this experience fell well short of earlier experiences of this dealership under its previous ownership.

3 Year Service
This is the 3rd time I have used Brayleys St Albans and once again received great customer service. I booked to have my car collected and returned on this occasion and my car was back by lunchtime. Car was cleaned inside and out and the payment method was quick and easy. Today I received a courtesy call to check everything was okay. A lovely finish to an already good experience. Highly recommend 😊
