Great customer service as always. Updated of any work that needed to be completed and let me know when car was ready for collection.

From the start to the finish, the recall process went extremely smoothly.
The booking of the service was efficient, friendly and professionally done.
The text reminders were not excessive but just the right level.
The welcome at the garage was very pleasant. The timescale given for the service was accurate.
An air conditioner environment with complementary soft and hot drinks made the waiting a pleasant experience.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful but on this occasion, have so far failed to rectify a communication problem with a recently purchased, albeit 2nd owner, EV.
Hopefully they will be more successful on the next visit.

I recently bought a used Kia Rio from this Kia dealership and had a great experience overall. Syed was excellent throughout the whole process – friendly, professional, and made everything as easy and stress-free as possible.

Unfortunately, there was an accident where my car was damaged while it was in their care. However, I really appreciate how the dealership handled the situation. They took full responsibility, repaired the car to a high standard, and kept me informed throughout. While it wasn’t an ideal situation, it’s how a business responds when something goes wrong that really matters, and they dealt with it professionally.

A revisit 2 weeks after diagnosis and part ordered. Dropped car in at 8am. Engineer took car in at 10.30 and returned it at 10.55 Fixed.
Disappointed that my car was not prioritised as a returned to fix...

The staff at Bradley’s service desk were amazing. They helped me so much, and now my car is fixed. Everyone I spoke to over the 2 weeks were very pleasant and gave me a lot of good advice. It was very easy to drop car off and collect car. A very smooth operation all round.
