Jon was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and he ensured the whole process was fast and hassle free. I already know what car I wanted, and everything was sorted from start to finish in a couple of days. Work needed at almost the value of the car
My 6 year old sportage needed parts replacing that compared to almost its entire second hand value. The service video provided didn't cover some of the advisory work that was listed.
Can't work out if it wasn't worth buying the car or Brayley were just too expensive for repairs. Getting a second opinion.

Extremely helpful staff
Every single member of staff I met at Kia Brayley in Harpenden was extremely helpful and welcoming. The Service check in was quick and efficient, and on my return to collect my car everything was explained clearly. It's unfortunate that the repair which needs to be made isn't covered by my warranty, and it's not cheap, but the video to show the condition of the car, tyres and relevant engine components and explain what needs repairing and why was really helpful; all garages should do this! Really good outside car clean too, thank you.

Highly recommend this company
