I want to give a special shoutout to Ionela, who was the most fantastic, helpful, and professional person I have ever dealt with. She represented your brand with flying colours through every obstacle with my car and kept me updated with incredible warmth on the phone every single day.
I also want to highlight Ella, who didn't just go one extra mile—she went at least 10 extra miles! Even though the repair was on the pricier side, Ella made the entire process so smooth, painless, and stress-free that it felt like winning the lottery.
The rest of the team—Ryan, Josh, Pav, and Lauren—did such outstanding work getting my car repaired. Their dedication truly proves the deep experience, skill, and quality that Brayleys Nissan Coventry operates with. You should be exceptionally proud of every single one of them.
This experience has made me a truly proud owner of my Infiniti Q50. Knowing there are only around 250 of these on UK roads, I love driving such a rare machine, and your team reinforces why Nissan builds such fantastic, resilient, and beautifully designed cars.
In fact, because of the top-tier care and service you provide, I am genuinely considering purchasing a new model from Nissan soon (even if my current credit rating might make finance a slight puzzle to solve!). It’s your customer care that has won me over completely.

Transparent and Efficient
Transparency and efficiency were key to my 5-star experience rating. Granted the car I put in for the major service is only 2 years old, but given the set up and professional approach during the whole process I have no reason to doubt that the service would be consistent. Great service and care

Much time and care was taken to discuss any issues that were found, and with honesty about when the work would need to be done and suggesting different levels and costs. I like the shared video of my car, showing me which areas were fine and which needed work, and why. All the staff I dealt with made my appointment and all communication with me seem important to them. Great customer service and care, more than any other garage I have dealt with.
