I was informed the 'good to go' warranty is no longer available which means my car is no longer covered for servicing, MOT, etc. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service, polite, friendly staff. I was only having a (free) software upgrade installed on the entertainment system of a 10 year old car yet I was made to feel important/ valued as a customer. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

Been using Brayleys (previously Westway Nissan) for nearly 20 years and their service has always been excellent. The sales staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. I've never had any issues with my new cars or aftersales service.

Friendly, professional, straight forward honest service and advice. I was disappointed to have to pay an additional £10.00 for a courtesy car, despite providing my own fully comprehensive Insurance cover. My wife has a Toyota and they charge £0.00? Please review the charge going forward. I spent over £400 at your dealership today, so a £10.00 charge is a distraction. Given that the car on the road and my gym was a free marketing and advertisement for the dealership and Nissan!

Excellent Customer service, the service dept took time to explain my options on what need to be done for my car to be repaired.

Very professional and customer friendly service. Ella was very supportive and helped me totally understand the situation. I would give her 10 out of 10.
The only thing I didn't agree with was the absence of the car being cleaned inside and outside.

Was very impressed with sales rep Sam Newport we only went to look and Sam was in the car park. Sam put no pressure on us at all to buy and answered all the questions we asked him. Sam was very polite and a credit to Brayleys. Everything that needed to be done was done very efficiently with the purchase of my new vehicle.

The whole process of buying our used car was straightforward and stress free..Alistair was willing and able to ensure everything from change of registration docs, tax, insurance, service package, warranty etc was sorted. He had excellent product knowledge resulting in a comprehensive easy to understand vehicle handover..

The service and MOT started well with a courtesy car being available, But, when I returned to collect the car at the time stated, Iwas forced to wait over 30 minutes for the invoice to be sorted out before I could pay it. While this was going on, there seemed to nothing happening in the front office - so the delay didn't seem necessary

Normally when I have my car MOT and Service done they always give it a clean after. This time it was not done.

Nathan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought and was particularly patient with all our questions. He helped us with all the administration required to change from our old vehicle to the new one. Nathan was particularly helpful, pleasant and informative about the vehicle and products available to us. Would highly recommend him as your sales executive when going to Brayleys for a new or used vehicle.

The customer service was very good,didn't keep me waiting to long,the video they sent of the damaged tyre on my car was very much appreciated, it showed that they weren't just saying my tyre was damaged just for me to cough up money to replace it. I had a brand new car as a curtesy car whilst my car was being serviced and MOT'd which was a nice touch. Overall a very nice experience definitely recommend

Efficient but friendly staff.

The attentiveness of the staff, the receptionist and Liam the service manager. Also the quality of the work. You certainly looked after my very old Nissan.

Took car for major service - Josh made sure that my car was prioritised as I needed to be home asap. Good set up if you need to work whilst waiting. All staff friendly and professional
