Service was brilliant on time excellent customer service

I can only compliment Jane on reception, she was courteous, polite and arranged my xtrail re call to perfection.

Dropping off the car at 8-00am the service personnel were very polite and helpful, my curiosity car was ready and l was away in about ten minutes. The service and recall was completed by 14-30pm I was also informed when the car was entering the service area overall the experience was good on picking up the car the work completed was fully explained, the only negative thing was that the car was not cleaned inside and outside i think this is penny pinching after buying my third new car from Nissan, but overall a good experience.

Service & MOT all went smoothly before and after , reminders before due day and on the day kept well informed , good customer service from the service staff especially the young man who handed back my car ( sorry didn’t catch his name)

Booked in for annual service as usual received excellence service .

Was happy to see extra parking allocated within the car sales area for service cars.

Car not as described in brochure and had to contact Brayley 3 times to receive part exchange payment as payment was late and was breaching contract terms

I cannot recommend Brayleys highly enough. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are made to feel completely welcome. The staff are always incredibly friendly, and there is always a hot drink on offer, which is a really nice touch that sets a great tone.
A special mention has to go to Jonathan, who is a fantastic asset to the Brayleys team. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you are looked after. Honestly, what he doesn't know about the motor trade simply isn't worth knowing! His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication make the entire process an absolute breeze.

We had to change our vehicle due to a change for the worse in my disability.we were promptly greeted by a pleasant young man who was very helpful, and brought the salesman for us who could help us.
The salesman Derek Fardy was also very friendly, polite and extremely knowledgable, he asked about my problems and talked about the different Nissan models which helped us to decide which car we needed to best suit my disabilities, then he explained about the different adaptions necessary for lifting my wheelchair in and out of the car, he talked us through all the financial aspects, and everything to make the use of the car and equipment as easy as it could be for me to get the best and easiest use as possible from the vehicle.
All in all we had 5 star service and couldn’t have asked for more.

Excellent customer service and a smooth process from start to finish, from bringing in my car to collecting it after its MOT and service. Friendly and helpful staff, very pleased.

Car had MOT and service we were kept informed re health check all good. we were very impressed by the politeness and helpfulness of the young women in service department who dealt with us. We were also very pleased to see a parking bay had been has been introduced at the Brettle Lane centre for car serving as finding a place to park for service last year was very difficult. Just a Very smooth operation, all done as expected

Nissan have a new shape Nissan Micra all electric and a new reg is out but they are unable to give you a lead time . They are now looking at November but that’s for building not delivery.
I looked on line and found one through a leasing company and let Nissan know they then managed to get one for me .
I paid for paint and fabric protection this was not done for my pick up and I’ve got to take it back to be done . They were short of staff so I didn’t get shown all the controls on the car .
When I got it home I opened the glove compartment there were locking nuts rolling around and the fuse box was open and the cover was missing.
When I opened the boot the charging cable was missing.
Jonathan who I dealt with was lovely and very truthful about everything and was very apologetic.
However it doesn’t matter how apologetic they are it has all had a detrimental effect on what should have been a exciting experience.

I cannot praise Brayley's highly enough for the service they give. I give them a quick ring and we fix a date for my annual service. Once agreed they send confirmation. A few days prior to the service date a reminder call is sent. On service day my vehicle is collected from my home by John and taken to their garage for service and MOT. Kept fully informed on progress throughout day. Vehicle then returned to my home once work has been completed. An excellent hassle free service delivered by real professionals.

All pre SERVICE DETAILS , AIR CON ETC, COSTS ETC ALL ADVISED BEFORE COMMENCING WORK, reminders sent before the service date, On arrival upon advice of RAC engineer I requested an additional check on the 12v battery after car suffered repeated breakdowns and calls to RAC in 2025 and in 2026 caused by battery drains, CHECK REVEALED BATTERY WAS UNSATISFACTORY AND WAS CHANGED TO NEW BY Brayleys while on site on this visit.
I,d had this battery changed previously supposedly by Arbury Motors after previous repeat breakdowns caused by same issue. I hope this new battery (3 year warranty) has a longer life than the previous one of 2 odd years years while the car itself was under warranty.
Car drove smoothly upon leaving a little quieter, but it drove smoothly on arrival as well.
Reception Staff were courteous, polite and helpful. For personal assurance I'm Glad I had car serviced by Brayleys Nissan as it has RAC cover backup should these breakdowns continue. I really Like the car , owned since 2024 just frustrated with constant electric battery issues.
