Just bought a used Juke from Brayleys in Stourbridge. Very positive experience particularly from Stewart in Sales. Very easy to sort and he was very polite and professional throughout. Very happy with the car so far. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The car park is too small and nowhere for people to wait for a drop off etc. My job wasn’t attended to correctly

I have a problem with my Nissan Qashqai that came in for repair due to clunking noise after saying it was the drive shaft your now telling me it is driving style and this happens with harsh acceleration and on full lock which is totally untrue it happens at all speeds and on any turn it doesn't have to be full lock as this car is still under manufacture warranty i would expect a better outcome than this

Stuart Bradbury looked after my used car purchase and trade in from start to finish. It went well with no hiccups and I was happy with the outcome.

Wonderful experience at Bayleys Nissan Stourbridge. I was most impressed with Stewart who dealt with me he took his time to explained everything about the car in details he was very patient and professional and I didnt feel rushed into making a decision on my first visit once I had decided on the car I was kept informed of progress well done

Service and MOT carried out well. Polite staff. Courtesy car fine but now I can no longer use my own insurance and pay the £10 fee. Now I have to pay £30 plus 15p per mile used and top up the fuel. I’ll probably use a taxi in future as it will be cheaper. Also haven’t given the car a quick clean which I now believe has also stopped. Fast becoming a nickel and dime set up and charging add-ons for everything they can. Also don’t like this new centralised booking service.

Honestly this store is probably one of the best I've associated with, everything is straight forward no messing around they are really understanding especially motability customers both the manager and john smith are an absolute blessing to not only you're company but the world not to get into too much detail but I have a stress related illness anything that makes me stressed makes me I'll and they were so understanding of me needing to rebook and asked how I was several times they're friendly very welcoming and I also have anxiety they didnt trigger it once ! Honestly if i could give a rating of my choice it would be sky high again thankyouu for everything and you're beautiful personalities they deserve a raise !! I mean it please give them a raise they really so deserve it ! They went above and beyond and out their way to help make sure I had my motability car on the road honestly highest ratings and please please please give them some sort of award or a raise they 100000% deserve it they are at the stourbridge campus john smith in sales and I do apologise I dont remember the managers name but she was a lovely lady and best decision I ever made was going from Vauxhall to nissan !
