Amanda was incredible the training was the most informative I’ve ever received. The support is exceptional an Amanda makes sure you leave understanding exactly what you need to do. Would highly recommend this company and Amanda to any one thinking of expanding their business.

Amanda, the lady carrying out the training was very knowledgable and explained everything very well. Amanda ensured the team had an understanding before moving forward. The course is intense and lasts the full day with great learning throughout.

Thoroughly enjoyed my course. Amanda was amazing and Denise offered lots of support to get me off the ground with social media. Great team.

I deeply regret investing in BBL, I was really sold at first I did take time to think about it but because there was an offer on I quickly went for it. When my machine first got delivered there was an issue with the machine and the sound it was making when turned on, it got replaced. Now for the marketing, they tell you to follow as many people as possible on instagram hoping that would increase my sales which it didn’t, I did model days which was okay but I wasn’t making a staggering amount to which point that when I stopped doing models they wanted the model price instead of the full price. Most of my funds went towards marketing which wasn’t successful as these kind of treatments you don’t see instant results so I get why potential clients don’t want to book. Customer care aren’t the best with handling complaints, I hate the fact that I still have to pay the lease every month until my contract ends even though I hardly use the machine, I’m struggling to make ends meet because of this. My machine is collecting dust and I even asked if they can come and take it since I have no where to store it, they haven’t responded. There’s isn’t much else I can do as they aren’t being helpful at all and I can’t wait till my lease ends and they are out of my life!

I just completed the 2-day lymphatic drainage massage course with Brazilianbootylift and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The training was very well structured, with a great balance between theory and hands-on practice, which really helped build my confidence.

The instructor was knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout, taking the time to explain techniques clearly and answer any questions. I especially appreciated the small group setting, as it made the learning feel more personal and interactive.

I had a wonderful experience with the Brazilian lymphatic drainage training. Everything was explained so clearly and simply, and the hands-on approach made it easy to understand and really enjoyable

I’ve just completed the 2 day manual lymphatic & Brazilian lymphatic drainage course with Amanda, she was absolutely amazing, she was very thorough and not only shown us what to do but explained why and what methods achieve which results. Her knowledge was incredible and it was really beneficial to have the treatments on ourselves and then do these on each other rather than just on a model so we knew how they felt and then how we do them. Highly recommend.

I have been a stockist for 3 years now and I can not thank Brazilian Bootylift enough. I have been a stockist for 3 years going back to my initial training I left so knowledgeable an completely ready for my new career in the non surgical industry their training covers everything you will need to know the best techniques to use with your machine, correct aftercare for your clients and marketing/ social media advice for the business side of things. I have the sculpt 102 machine the results I have had from this machine have been insane! So many of my clients have said they have been ‘life changing’ results. I have used my machine nearly every day for 3 years and have never had any problems!

Even 3 years later the support & advice I get from the BBL team is unmatched I can go to them with any questions. They have been here for me every step of the way I genuinely can say the team have turned into friends. The best decision I ever made becoming a Brazilian Booty Lift stockist I can’t wait for the many more years with them.

Not 1 Star - Zero Stars!

I have 30 pages of documented proof including images, emails, and messages showing repeated issues with faulty cavitation heads and a vacuum head that burned through. The machines and heads were consistently delivered faulty or completely non-functional.
Despite these serious issues, I paid every month on time and never went into arrears. The company provided faulty equipment month after month, causing thousands in losses to my business. ‘chasing and chasing for compensation and a solution they offered a 3 month break for compensation when I was owed thousands’ - enough was enough.
Since finally managing to leave this company (after a long and expensive process) which really is not necessary if you check your contracts very carefully and do your research, my business is now thriving since leaving them.
Please read your contracts carefully and do your research before signing anything with them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Please don’t fall for the 5* reviews, many of these will have been just after training as they offer a percentage off orders if you leave 5* review. Many leave training hopeful & excited and so willingly leave a good review. But for many, it doesn’t last.

For 2 weeks it was going great, then my cavitation head stopped working mid treatment (embarrassing, lost a bit of trust but not the end of the world, client was understanding and BBL sent replacement promptly). So off I go again, got a client in and first time using the ‘new’ replacement cavitation head, after 5 minutes I had to stop as was concerned about how red the client was going. Long story short, client ended up with burns for months despite it only being on the skin for minutes. I took videos of me using it on myself to show how quickly it started burning the skin and I wanted out. I had lost trust in BBL and its machine, business was ruined, financially out of pocket, mental health spiralled and ended up on anti depressants and then BBL (or my smart start (apparently RL international) but they fail to mention that in the contract) have taken me to the small claims court. We couldn’t agree at mediation so going to court but have since connected with multiple ladies who have had similar issues with BBL and going through the court process. Do NOT fall for their sales patter, you will be left heartbroken. The worst mistake, financially and mentally but gathering tools and legal advice to try and make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I can’t believe I’ve only just come across this review site now.
All the ladies leaving one star reviews. We need to get together and form a legal strategy to get our refunds sorted.
What kind of a company opts out of the sale of goods act…. Certainly not one with integrity or faith in its products.

I’ve had 37 different incidents with my machine I’ve had the original one, a loan one and one they said was a new replacement. All constantly gone wrong. There’s quite clearly been a manufacturer issue as we’ve all complained over the same kind of time frame.
You ladies with finance… I was done up and basted like a turkey. I’ll have paid £47 k by the time my finance is done. For a machine that isn’t functional. This is before they had their own smart start finance. My finance is for 3 years but the warranty only for two years. Underhand dealings with signing the guarantor element. I thought it was my company Ltd that was the guarantor along with my husband. But they also had me personally sign. Who needs 3 guarantors. There’s far too many issues to mention in this small space. But one more warning I’ll give is take screenshots of all your interactions with customers service. They deleted 2 years worth of complaints from my end as well. Then tried to tell me they’ve heard nothing from me since September. Back yourself up. I’m glad I did.
Chantelle I’m coming for you to get my money back. I’ve not got a business as the machine is useless. And I’m seeking justice for my rights as any other customer in the land has.

Please do not sign up to these crooks!!! Bex can sell snow to an Eskimo!! They sell you the dream she told me she would even help me herself but not a chance the lies just go on! The machine is useless!! Cavitation broke down 3 times and one time it started to smoke while I had a client!!! Do not waste your money!!!!

I joined the BBL family a year and a half ago after an inspiring call with Bex and quite frankly it’s changed my life . I had worked in education for 35 years and had known nothing else and I was looking for a new career where I could still make a difference. At the age of 50+ I was worried if I could really do this . I initially trained with the 102 machine; and whilst I was anxious at the thought of starting again the trading was so straight forward and clear I didn’t need to be . After less than a year I upgraded to the medi sculpt and there’s no stopping me . I get to make a difference to my ladies every day and earn money while I do it … such an honour ! Oh and what a surprise I got to be nominated for an award for the best fat reduction at the BBL industry awards night … what a night that was !

Bootylicious: It’s a Marathon, Not a Sprint!
