Everyone is so friendly and welcoming from start to finish, you cannot fault them. The training itself is the same, if there’s anything you feel you struggle on Liv & the girls will give you the confidence in that area before you leave.
Every single question is answered and they do share their own experiences with you also. Which I feel just automatically puts you at ease, because you’re not just left to your own devices or still questioning yourself!

Cannot fault BBL and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Olivia, Claudia and Marnie were amazing! They are all so knowledgeable and friendly. The course was brilliant and in-depth. The class was small and intimate so we got the most out of the training. I would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting to get into the non surgical beauty industry.

I'm really happy that I plucked up the courage to step out of my comfort zone and start a new chapter with BBL. The training was really informative, and Olivia and Claudia are great members of the BBL team, nothing is too much trouble for either of them and everything is explained thoroughly to you!
Even from my first initial enquiry phonecall Bex was great and went through all options and explained everything, even if I did take a while to decide what machine I wanted! (I went with the Medii Sculp FYI)

The training at BBL Academy it was amazing!!! It was so lovely meeting some amazing new stockists we were so supportive with each other.
Olivia who give us the training is one of the best, she’s so lovely and the girls are amazing, extremely helpful, they are so patient and will keep going over things until you are confident.

Having trained elsewhere & not getting the results or support, I found BBL. They’ve been AMAZING from start to finish. The training is super comprehensive, easy to follow but packed of knowledge, ideas, tips & tricks so I had high hopes going to the face to face practical training up in Manchester & they did not disappoint! Beautiful layout. Super friendly & very knowledgeable trainers who were patient & kind. Nothing was too much trouble! They went above & beyond - better than any training I’ve ever done hands down! We have only had our BBL machine since December and it’s been so popular already!! We are obsessed with the results and love being able to provide a treatment to help people feel more confident with their bodies! The service and aftercare with the team has been fab and they are super supportive, especially in comparison to other companies we are in partnership with!
