Worst company to buy anything. Paid nearly 20£ for body suit,waited over 2 months and finally they suggested me a refund less than 10£ because of their loss. Wait what? Scamers 100% I've lost 10£ and they don't care at all. Highly not recommend to buy anything from them.

The worst of all!!! Their website states they accept return but they don't. They told me to sell the product or give it to a friend as a gift. They didn't even offer me to send it back. Customer service is poor and rude. I wish I have read the reviews beforehand. Avoid!!!

Do not buy from them. Ordered a ticktok body suit came stapled together. If I could add photos I would. The straps was stapled together in replace of stitching to holding straps on to the body suit. Wouldn’t refund full amount an I have to return at my cost, although it’s there fault. If only you could see how poorly the items are

Delivery took over a month and half, item only got despatched as I logged an issue with PayPal.

Product arrived not fit for purpose, huge, badly made and didn't do what the false advertising claimed - no paperwork to return.

Still trying to get Paypal to help - no luck so far.

Absolutely awful. I was not happy with the product and they refused to let me return it for a refund, even though it was unused and still within 14 days of purchase. Do not buy from them.

AWFUL customer service! They claimed to deliver my order which they did not and then refused to help me and told me it’s the couriers problem and that they would not refund me. Do not buy from them!

I am pleased to say the item I complained about due to delay and lack of correspondence was delivered today Perhaps I should not have felt the need to complain but I had been waiting for my tracked item which arrived in Camebridge UK on 02/03/23 had taken until the 28/03/23 to arrive at my address The original order was placed 01/02/23. I apologise but do feel if any of my emails had been answered I would not have felt so disgruntled Perhaps realistic delivery time delays should be relayed to future customers Thankyou

Scam, took my money didn't receive my body suit

Would give zero if I could. Ordered 3 bodysuits 8th Feb for my partner. Apparently they arrived in the UK on the 8th March (although the tracking shows a postcode for parcelforce in canada it says they are in Cambridge), to this day they have not left where they Apparently arrived. Emailed and was told to wait and wait and wait, you get the point. When I asked which delivery company they are with they couldn't answer me...... remember the postcode says parcel force in Canada!! Will be opening a case with my payment provider tonight. Wish I had seen these reviews before even bothering to order!

Will take your money but won't deliver, can't get in touch with them either, email address not working, so can't get refund or update on items, don't order anything from this company its a scam

Ordered three body suits … still waiting for one bodysuit.. No Emails from BRDTHcycle so cannot track😫

I ordered 3 body suits. Seemed legit as was getting order updates and telling me all the stages it was at. Yesterday it said it was in the United States being checked by customs and today was told it was delivered. I live in the UK so it's not here. You can't email them either. I'm fuming. SCAM DONT ORDER

ordered the Playsuit 5th Jan still hasn't arrived, I got legit looking emails telling me its journey to the UK then it got to UK and nothing, I emailed and kept being told to wait and be patient, I've asked PayPal for refund however I've had no luck with them, the complaints process or trying raise a dispute is a nightmare and cannot actually speak to someone to tell them what's happened,

There a joke! I ordered before Christmas, finally came broken! Refusing to do anything as it's been so long!!!!! Not my fault it took 2 months to arrive!!!!!!

It’s a scam.I’ve order a bodysuit shape wear, it never came. I emailed nobody get back to any answer. Asked PayPal for a refund.

Absolute waste of time.I would give zero stars if I could. I never received my order and despite chasing several times, they never gave me any real or helpful information as to when I would receive my order. According to tracking it’s been in the UK since 28th Jan and is STILL in the same location. Eventually they stopped responding to my emails. I ended up getting a refund through the protected payment I used. Don’t bother ordering from this company.
