Just ordered from these and they took more money out of my bank account than what it stated at checkout and I can not get any answers as to why they took the extra money !!! Steer clear it’s obviously a scam and I will be shocked if the items I ordered ever turn up. Lesson learnt.

Body Shapewear Scam
Ordered 2 body shaping underwear from these awful people. Took ages to arrive and when they did the product was useless and did nothing. I asked for a refund but they said they sent the correct size so won’t refund or accept return/exchange. They offered me £4 compensation for £28 purchase. Stay clear of these crooks!!!!

Do not buy ordered set of 3 body suits waited weeks for delivery. Received them to discover they are 3 completely different sizes. Got onto customer service who said order was correct even though I showed them pictures proving they were in fact completely different sizes. Their solution give them to someone else!!! Ordered the elf on the shelf kit only to find that half of it was not as described on the internet. Contacted customer service, who told me the correct product was sent out so they cannot offer me a refund. (After writing numerous emails they tried to me a £3) The product was £30.
