Bredband2 cheated with pricing when you purchase their service through Zmarket
A quick summary. Be cautious, even though you can purchase Bredband2's service from Zmarket, you may not get the discounted price as Bredband2 put on Zmarket. And Bredband2 only informs you the increased price after the service starts, so even if you stop the service, they forces you to pay the starting fee.

We purchased Bredband2 internet service through Zmarket, and when we did the purchase, it says of no starting fee, and the price is 423kr per month. We entered into agreement on January 16, 2025 through Zmarket.
Today, January 22, 2025, is the first day we switch to Bredband2, and we got an email this morning from Bredband2 stating that there is starting fee of 315kr and 455kr per month. Because I'm not considered as a new customer though I switched from Bahnhof.
However, as Bredband2's packages are presented on Zmarket, there is no starting fee, and there is no difference between new customer or old customer regarding the 423 kr per month fee.
We contacted Bredband2 customer service, and they were not responsible for what their packages information on Zmarket were.
In short, 1) Bredband2 is not responsible for Bredband2's pricing packages put on Zmarket. 2) Bredband2 get consumers order from Zmarket, and then switch to different pricing package, without informing customer before the service starts.

Unable to attain subscribed bandwidth 100/10 Mbps
I've been subscribed to a 100/10 Mbps plan for several months, but unfortunately, I've consistently experienced speeds significantly lower than expected. Despite conducting multiple speed tests, which have yielded results below 50 Mbps, I've yet to see any resolution to this issue. I've submitted a formal report with supporting evidence, but so far, no corrective actions have been taken.
