Watch registration issue.

Was unable to register a few of my watches on the website and used the “contact us” link to reach out. I was contacted by Annelise from corporate within a day or two asking a few questions. Once I submitted the required info the problem was solved and I could properly register the watches. Very easy experience.

NEVER NEVER buy Breitiling
This brand just not represent a quality anymore.
Do not buy ever any Breitling watch unless you want nothing but trouble.
Almost 4 years ago bought a limited series watch and I thought this will be great.
Over 4 years I had to send back my watch 3 times for various reasons like timekeeping,once the watch just stoped working and last time same timekeeping issue a faded bezel issue and a damaged crystal.
More than 1 month now service has the watch but they cannot see the timekeeping problem despite the watch gain minutes !!!! About 2-3 days it collect 2 min if take 5-6 days the watch collect 2-3 min loss.
Service not help but broke something on my strap and declined to show me what is that.
They offered a cheap and low rubber strap for my broken stainless steel strap they broke as a goodwill gesture.
Nice but who asked for it ?
When I asked what is broken on my strap they said nothing.
I asked for picture what is broken but no respond.
So is this goodwill gesture ????
No this is unresponsive, unfair ,unprofessional way of dealing with customer.
They broke my strap and willing to offer a cheap and rubbish rubber strap as goodwill gesture.
Absolutely disgusting.
Not fix my damaged crystal because they said it is wear and tear issue.
Now they send it back the watch without doing anything at all apart waste my time for more than a month.
Service and customer department not communicate to each other and now I waited for nothing.
So Breitling not a good old brand as it was before, quality is not exist and the customer help is the same.
Various ppl respond on emails without look into the problems not read previous comments from previous colleagues act as a absolutely amateurs ,not coordinated at all looks the problems just getting worse with them so if you want to avoid all these just DO NOT BUY ANY BREITLING EVER.
Breitiling and the customer service just the baddest they not worth a penny.

Bought a Breitling Endurance three…

Bought a Breitling Endurance three years ago. Just an impulse as I thought it looked cool. After a year it simply stopped. I got it back after 4-5 weeks and was told Breitling had replaced «everything». Now it stoppet again and I was told «something is wrong and probably not covered by the warranty». I have no idea when I will have it back and what it will cost. This is my first Breitling, and I am surpised a +$3000 watch from a company like Breitling operates like this. So my advice, don’t go there. A $50 «look a like» watch would be a better option. Take care, Vidar Sie (Tlph +47 90168829)

Bought a Breitling Cockpit for my 50th…

Bought a Breitling Cockpit for my 50th birthday.
Within 11 months I noticed a black residue on my wrist. It appears the pins holding the bracelet are stainless steel whilst the bracelet itself is titanium. Given normal usage the stainless steel wears down and with a little moisture deposits a black residue on my skin.
Just recently the crown fell off and was no where to be found. Given this watch is not a daily I find it extremely disappointing given it was an AU$8500 watch.
Have just put the watch in for repair and have been told 3 months and about AU$2000.
I've got a $120 Seiko that is 20 years old and has a titanium bracelet never once had an issue.
In all honesty you'd be better using the money, going to Thailand and buying 70 copy watches. Much better value

I was recently in Las Vegas on business…

I was recently in Las Vegas on business and knew there was a Breitling boutique in the Forum Shops. I brought my B-1 timepiece in to fix the steel band I had on it and purchase a new leather band. I was able to repair/add a link to the steel band and replace it with a new leather band and clasp in about 30 mins! Jena was OUTSTANDING and I really appreciate how she and her co-workers were able to quickly help me. I was prepared to have to leave it but so thrilled I did not. HIGHLY recommend!

EXCESSIVE SERVICE TIMES

I seldom write reviews, and when I do, its usually to commend outstanding service. I chalk up bad service to bad days or other issues, but this is unsatisfactory beyond belief.
I have owned my Breitling Chronospace for several years now, every few years when its time to replace my battery, I send it in and dont really worry about the cost to have it serviced correctly, but this time is different. I dropped off my watch last month as it was time for a new battery, aside from the extra fees they charge to replace a battery and seals, i’m now being told it will be 6 MONTHS before I get it back!!! That is ridiculous!!! I called and asked them to just replace the battery and send it back, was told “not possible as service has already begun”. I asked for them to stop service, keep the money, replace the battery and send it back… “not possible”. When I asked when i could realistically expect my watch back, I was told “call back in a month or two for a completion estimate”!!!
The watch is beautiful, runs great, I have no qualms with the watch, but the repair time for simple items (no damage, just battery, seals, etc) is excessive. Last time I send them my watch! My suggestion, find a reputable (not a mall repair place) and have your battery and seals replaced in days, not months!

I bought one watch for my husbands birthday n witg in few hours he saw that n he wanted to return it.. As u know that its an expensive watch i just returned it without even taken into my home.. But the time first of all they said with in 4 working days, then one of the sales men said it will take 2 wks.. I dont feel any professionalism in the behavior

Customer service is not reflective of luxury

Customer service is so terrible, it's laughable.

I'm literally trying to buy a "luxury" watch and have asked for them to confirm the year of production and it has been painful.

The service received from other brands I have purchased in the past - Rolex, Patek and Mont Blanc is another level. I receive better service from our local shop.

Bought a Breitling super Chronomat in…

Bought a Breitling super Chronomat in 2021, since then it has been back for service more than 5 times and the choronograph pushers, ceramic crown, and bezel is literally held together by glue and falls out. I've had to waste so much time sending the watch back for a warranty service, only for something to break on the next occasion. Really poor quality watch in general.

Waste of money

I purchased a super ocean Breitling time piece and from day one it has always ran slow. For a $5000 purchase I would have thought, for that kind of money, it would at the very minimum keep accurate time. My $100 watches keep more accurate time. This is mearly a piece of jewelry. What a colossal disappointment. Never again Breitling!!!

Cites permit

5star shout-out for everybody in the customer service department in Netherlands,Europe and especially Switzerland!

It took A lot of time to receive a cites permit number to re-export my watch. But with a lot of patients of both (Me and breitling) we finally find out the number and breitling find out who to ask.

As of today after a few months I received the official document from the Netherlands. So again thanks again for all what you guys did!

The wings broke away from the watch…

The wings broke away from the watch face, they were floating inside of the watch lens. Had to pay for shipping and repair. Initially paid $3,000 plus for the watch. Their product failed, and I have to pay for their shotty workmanship.

Additionally, they force you to only, Internationally ship to/from them, for any repairs.

IF YOUR WATCH IS WORTH PREMIUM $$$$$$ your willingness to stand behind your product should be the same. Your customers should not have to pay for shipping and reconnecting of the wings.

Purchase a super Ocean Heritage…

Purchase a super Ocean Heritage chronograph 44 $6500 at Orlando Boutique store, Very nice and professional staff but the watch is a nightmare. after 6 months the watch started slowing time down and than it would just stop working. it has been serviced 3 times and still the same issue. 2 year warranty has expired but they still keep on servicing for free since its the same issue. Worn the watch 8 months out of 3 years. I do not recommend any Breitling

BOUGHT A BREITLING COLT FOR £2940 IN FEB 2019 FROM BEAVERBROOKS IN CHESTER UK.
IN MAY 2019 (AFTER 14 MONTHS ONLY) IT STOPPED WORKING. TOOK IT BACK AND THEY CHARGED ME £160 FOR A SERVICE. IN JAN 2024 IT HAS STOPPED AGAIN. THEY ARE QUOTING ME £690 FOR A SERVICE. TOTALLY APPALLING !! STEER WELL CLEAR OF BREITLING.

Excellent customer serice

Not sure why/how people have rated Breitling customer service so low. I just purchased two watches and called customer service twice to correct the extended warranty and to order a new (small) strap. They were the easiest people to deal with, respond quickly, and really made me feel like a valuable customer. Wish all companies were like this.
