Best price I could find on the internet, rang to make sure in stock, got through right away and spoke to a "human". Gave delivery date and time and kept to it. Would use again.

I brought a mini bar (fridge) to use in my office, not only were they the best price, I received first class service throught the transaction. Brennands customer service is brilliant, they kept me informed (by e-mail) from placing the order to delivery so I knew exactly when to expect my delivery. I ordered a red microwave oven as a Christmas present for my daughter. The transaction was first class from ordering to delivery. This is the first time that I have dealt with this company but it wont be the last. I cannot comment on how the microwave oven works as it is a present so it wont be used until Christmas but it looks really nice. I would definitely recommend Brennands.

I ordered an item as a christmas present via Amazon. The item was received 3 days later - very quick this time of year. I recevied mails from them when the order was given explaining their delivery process. I also received a mail trelling me the goods had been despatched. Great service and very good prices. I will use them again without doubt.

I saw carmen rollers on Groupon and thought it was a good deal, but a much better deal on Brennands.

This was the first time I had used this supplier and I was very impressed with both price nad service.

I originally ordered a microwave thru ebay but before it was despatched, Brennands found it damaged. As it was the last in stock they immediately refunded the payment and offered free postage when the new stock came in. All was sorted within a week. They are a friendly bunch and even the music when they put you on hold is quality stuff!

I didn't think a family run business could beat the High Street chain stores, but they did. They beat them on price and speed of delivery. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be using them myself in the future.

I searched the internet for the specific item. There were several vendors but Brennands offered the best deal. It was my first experience dealing with them and I took chance. It turned out that it was a good decision. I was satisfied with the service.

Had been using an American brand of floor washer/cleaning machine but not too efficient. Good friend, who has similar ridged tiles, told me about her steam cleaner from Bionaire. Trawled around the net and found Brennands who were offering the machine at a competitive price. I have to admit I had not heard of Brennands but read their website description and decided to give them the business.

Glad I did, very efficient service, pleasant lady on their phone service. What is called a good buying experience. By the way, the machine is not bad! Will know more when we have used it a few times.

Yes, bought the coffee percolator from Brennan's ,what a speedy response, was emailed re receiving order, when it was dispatched, and so quickly. This is a xmas present for my son, Beautifully packed. We are looking forward to our coffee on xmas day as we are spending this one with them. The price was the cheapest on the Internet . Certainly will shop there again.
