I brought the vax 6131 from this company and was very happy with the product and the company, I feel that a family run company like this one understands things alot better and would be more understanding when things dont go the way you hope they would, the only problem I had is with the delivery driver as I didnt expected him to come banging on my door at 7.30 in the morning when my kids are asleep and my husband as come back from a late shif but that is not part of the conpany I belieave. Apart from that realy happy.

I ordered a Wahl travel kettle from Brennands. This is the first time I've used them and the service was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered 4 deep sandwich makers as christmas presents for my family. When they had not arrived after 10 days I phoned Brennards who firstly were very apologetic and having found that the courier had cocked up immediately sent out replacements, which arrived within 24 hours. Now thats what I call good service when things go wrong they get put right, without any quibble.

the steam cleaner works as expected ( i knew it would its a vax ) it arrived on time in spite of the xmas rush, what more can i ask?

The person answering the phone had a bad cold but was still interested in talking to me especially when we found out thatt your offic was a short distance from my son's home on AArmitage Bridge.The item required was in stock and I was promised it with in 22 days . Whiich was exactly what happened It was packed well and worked as soon as it was swirtched on Instructions were inside the box.

I ordered my vax steam mop on a Tuesday evening and it arrived on Thursday!! It was left with my neighbour as requested in the event no-one was at home. In the meantime I received 3 emails: one to acknowledge my order, one to let me know the item had been dispatched and one that gave me a link to track progress with delivery. I ordered a Pifco electric blanket (Brennands had the cheapest one) and it was delivered within two days. They sent an e mail telling me it had been dispatched with a tracking number and full details of returns policy and what the procedure was if no one was in to receive the parcel. I get the feeling that if there had been a problem they would have been happy to resolve it quickly. I will certainly be browsing their website again.

As I work full-time I do most of my purchases on-line and the product I bought was exceptionally well priced and the cheapest on the market. The same product was £25 more expensive on lots of other sites.

My order was dispatched promptly and I was emailed a Tracking Number so that I knew what day it would arrive. My order was well packed and arrived safely.

I have not had a chance to use my item yet but I have unpacked it and it all looks fine.

Good price and quick delivery time too. The Kenwood food processor was the first I have bought so would have liked better instructions and a proper recipe book, rather than the flimsey leaflet that came with the machine. So far all seems fine with the processor but haven't yet used all the attachments.
