Brilliant except for the fact that they gave the delivery company the wrong address. It was only the house next door but did result in me having to chase my delivery when the tracking said they'd tried to deliver unsuccessfully. I was a little miffed as I work freelance and had turned work down to be in to accept delivery.

I would buy from them again but will be extra vigilant about checking the delivery address on future tracking info.

We found the coffee percolator on the Brennands site on the Friday, ordered it and it was with us on the Tuesday morning.We would use Brennands again.

I would have given 5 stars but for the poor packaging. Website very easy to use with good prices and fast delivery. I ordered a table top cooker but it was delivered in the thin manufacturer's box without any other additional packaging. The box didn't appear damaged so I signed for it. Upon opening the box the cooker had a dent on one side and a scratch. Luckily these cannot be seen when it is placed on the kitchen worktop. It should really have been packaged inside another box. On reading reviews I see other customers have complained about the same thing.

Wasn't sure about the company at first as I'd never heard of them. Anyway, I ordered a Waring 4 in 1 multi grill on a Monday night and it was sent out on Wednesday. I had it by the Friday. I was regularly kept informed on when things happened via email. The price was excellent and with the postage came in at just over £30 less than the cost at Argos and Currys. The packaging was good too. The appliance box was in a bigger brown box and surrounded by bubble wrap stuff. Any reservations I had have evaporated. I would definitely use this company again.

Only one small hiccup, did not promptly receive a call back promised on a query relating to a previous order that was out of stock.
