Googled various companies looking to buy a Miele hoover online and Brennands were competitive with price so decided to go with an independent company rather than overpriced high street store. Ordering was quick and easy, email confirmation said to allow 3-5 days for delivery... product was here in under 24hrs and exactly as expected.

Cannot recommend highly enough, not only for their speedy, professional service but for using a reliable and friendly courier company too! I placed another order on the same day with a high street retailer, who is still yet to deliver...!

Fast efficient service from Brennands. Ordered item on Sunday and received on Tuesday morning. Very pleased with the percolator makes coffee very fast. I like Waitrose Expresso Ground Coffee and find that the result is just as I like it. Would not hesitate to recommend this item.

The speed of delivery was fast but the standard of item was VERY poor. When I removed packaging, I could then tell that the item was NOT new. The box was extremely battered with holes. It had already been opened because it was loosely shut with some new sellotape. Back of manual had grease stains and the item was covered with old plastic bags. There was also a hole in the top of the blender base and inside of the jug was stained and scratched! This was my first order (and last!). I told Brennands that the item was used. Their response was, "I’m sorry to hear there is a problem with your purchase. All our items are new and we don’t stock any seconds, so I can only assume a previous return has been mixed up with the new stock in error." ....Hmmm. Item collected by courier - awaiting refund.

Not only was my order "damaged in transit" they failed to inform me or even offer a replacement or any money off for the inconvenience (ordered a vax vacuum) then when u called the customer service line the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful I will NEVER EVER shop here again it was a disgrace instead I went with sainsburys who offered a quick easy and helpful service.

Hi, must admit I had not heard of this company 'Brennands' before and I was slightly nervous about ordering an expensive item in case I didn't receive it, you hear so many stories about how people can get 'duped'. Anyhow, I realised the item I wanted was cheaper than all the other companies I had looked at and took the plunge and within a few days my item was delivered. I couldn't believe that it was here, and everything was in order! I will look up this company again before I use anyone else.
