Went to Brent Cross last Friday. It was disgusting. No staff there who could hardly speak English and the public toilets were appalling and filthy. Won’t be going back in a hurry. Only person that was great was the gentleman on the pick and mix quality street sweets in John Lewis. Thank you for your help

I loved visiting Vision Express Opticians at Brent Cross. The team was extremely professional and thoroughly tested my eyes. Additionally, Houman speaks Farsi (Iranian), so his explanation helped with the decision-making process.

I was treated appaullingly by the Fenwick manager in Brent cross on 08/10/23, when I took back a fulty item for exchange. She refused to exhange or refund becase I had cut out the washing advice lable. the item was faulty and which she agreed to. She humilitated me in front of other shoppers and staff. She then refused to give her name or her seniors name as I wanted to raise a complaint. I have sent an email to her director and I am awaiting his reply.

I generally love shopping at Brent Cross. However, boots is always absolutely boiling, and especially on a hot day it is unbearable to stand in the long lines in the stuffy and smelly heat.

Me and my partner were looking for a new baby car seat and pram, the sales advisor called Alexa was so helpful and very friendly. She made us feel welcome and she was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the kids department. I wanted to leave a good review as it’s so rare to have great customer service these days. Alexa is a credit to your store. She made sure she helped every customer that was in her department. I would highly recommend this store!

Best service so far that I received. I really appreciate shamee hard word and her patience. My son has autism and the way she done her job i must say that was amazing.

One round about and witches hats placed to block the flow of exiting traffic on black friday. I've spent 1 hours in the carpark awaiting the exit. The car park requires an overhaul with traffic lights. This centre is mis managed.

No AC in Boots and it was so hot inside. I feel sorry for all the staff working inside, no staff should be working in this condition.

Very rude staff in Brent Cross H&M till- lady’s store.
I wanted to pay by cash - the girl who served me was very upset when I said that because she couldn’t accept cash ( no one informed me before) - she dropped my items to another cashier and that one wasn’t happy because asked her to double check the price- skirt I wanted to buy cost 14£ on the tag and at the till was 18£- no apologies for that mistake from her side, no thank you, no goodbye/ very very poor service.

I grew up on Brent Cross! Dumped outside Waitrose while my parents did the weekly shop. There was a play area with three wooden animals where Lolas cupcakes are. Free parking still ?!?!! In this day and age. When Boots & WHSmiths has two floors. There was no food court. And H&M was C&A!
This is a safe place to shop and variety gets better. I prefer it to Westfield any day- I live closer to West field but will

I am not writing about the quality or service of Brent cross.
I am here to warn people not to go in this period in Brent cross, as they found staff infected with COVID-19 , but no one was told about this and they don't want to close the shopping centre.
If you agree with me, I would like to advise the management to close the shopping centre, it is not safe for so many people to be there all at once.
The staff working there should stay at home, safe , not risking their health for some shopping.

Brent Cross shopping centre is the best place to go shopping in North London. Clean, free parking, friendly and decent staff
