Had carpets ripped out, installed top of the line hardwood flooring, all things in house had to be moved throughout the house, when all work was done and paid for, we started noticing things missing, we thought it was just misplacement but as time went on more and more things just didn’t add up. These things did not just get up and walk away, spoke with Mr. Brewer about it who verbally assaulted me and threatened my company with legal action. I would be very very careful if you’re thinking about hiring this company to come in to your home. If you do, I suggest you put away all your valuables or maybe take them to a neighbors for safekeeping!

They provided great installation service. One of my friend done the flooring work from brewer and it turned out such an amazing. We really liked it so much. The carpets are of high quality. Superb selections.

I had new carpet installed. I was out town for a few weeks and asked for pictures. They didn't take any which was my only request. I followed up after the installation, the man said they would go back and take some. It didn't happen. Overall, the carpet looked good and the staff is friendly. I found them to be slightly disorganized. I would recommend this company for a new carpet install unless you're in an unconventional situation.

The t mold had to be redone a couple of times. The individuals that put in the tile were great! They did an awesome job. The t mold individual was not a good experience and I was not happy at all with the process. It took him forever to complete the job and it had to be redone when it was time.

They got me the carpet I needed and on time.

Once a decision was made on carpet and price, installation was excellent.

Mark was wonderful to work with at Brewer Carpet. Everything turned out perfect.

We found the carpet we liked and at a decent price. The only problem is that we asked specifically for an oval cut to match our table but it turned out to be oblong. In the end, it looks nice and we decided to keep it as such.

Mr. Larry helped us find what we wanted at a very reasonable price. It was installed very well, and after 6 weeks, we still comment on how much we really like the quality.

The floor job that Brewer Carpet One - Edmond did for us became much bigger than we expected. The manager, Mark, came to our home three different times to accommodate changing needs. After demo began we discovered a shower pan leak which required us to re-do our shower before the floors in our bathroom could be replaced. Again, Mark was flexible and made an adjustment to their schedule to assure the whole job was done in time for our elderly mother to visit. His contractors were surprisingly considerate of us while doing their work, taking great care to protect our home. Throughout the experience, Mark communicated with us promptly and with patience. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience we had with Brewer Carpet One - Edmond.

Excellent selection and outstanding personnel!

Gary and Dan at Brewer Carpet One in OKC were fabulous. They worked with us to find the best option under a very tight timeline prior to an appraisal. They met our needs perfectly, their installers were first rate and did a great job. We used them 7 years ago and then again the past month, we will most certainly use them again!

I purchased a DR Horton home the beginning of this year. My carpet was put in by Brewer Carpet. There was a loose sting along the tac strip and got caught in the vacuum, which caused a snag and the carpet was unrivaled and tac strip in exposed. I attempted for 1 week to contact Brewer carpet after the maintenance guy from DR Horton told me to contact Brewer. After several phone calls and complaining I received a call back from Dan and was informed that they no long do DR Horton homes and I would need to contact DR Horton even though its was purchased from Brewer carpet and installed by Brewer. So really, your company installed my carpet and was purchased from Brewer yet the customer suffers because you no long have the account? That's great customer service. I will never recommend or purchase from this company. Customer sanctification is not a priority.

From the measuring to the quote and the final installation we had a great experience. I would highly recommend Brewer Carpet
