Pathetic
Ordered on line, showing 2 of the items i wanted to purchase, went to pick up at depot to be informed that they didn't have any in stock and they would get it in after the weekend.
Very disappointed to travel to depot when they could of informed me immediately that it was out of stock. Absolutely fuming but could not vent my feelings because the poor woman that had to inform me I had wasted my time was lovely.

First time buying paint from Brewers…
First time buying paint from Brewers but not the last . Helpful , efficient and knowledgeable , the manageress made what is normally a costly and stressful experience quite relaxed , almost pleasant ! Our bill came to less than we expected thanks to alternative recommendations . Would not consider another supplier now .

Alnwick branch staff are fantastic and so helpful. It took me weeks to choose paint and they took their time (and patience!) to assist me finding the perfect colour. Nothing was a bother!
