Order was placed online for collection…
Order was placed online for collection at Alton Branch. When I collected only part of the order was ready. I asked to take the paint that happened to be on display infront of the till and was told I had to wait for them to check. Not the usual good service I normally receive (I typically use the haslemere branch)

It was good to be able to order a product that was not available off the shelf and have it available for collection locally. The bit that didn't work so well was being informed that it had got to store. I was told that it would be by text and email, but I saw neither.

Brewers are always so helpful and knowledgable and straight talking. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my decorating supplies. They are excellent and also lovely people.

Great service and product knowledge
