Excellent service

Only one overworked member of staff.
Only one member of staff working in Altrincham store on Saturday morning, long queues. People jumping the queue, and interrupting those being served, to get help and pay before their turn.
Only staff member very helpful, but mixing paint, taking money, answering questions, run off their feet. Branch seriously understaffed.
Go to Toolstation instead, no queue jumping, just friendly efficient service. Open all day Saturday and Sunday too.
