Lack of Attention to Detail
No text message sent to say it was ready to collect. I had paid for the 0.5 litre can but I was given the 0.25 litre can. I spotted the mistake and fortunately the last 0.5 can was still available on the shelf.

Good stock & good advice
The only store for miles around which stocked Dulux paint in the colour we'd chosen. Glad we bought trade paint - trade really is so much better than the retail version! And thanks also to Brewers for advising me on a matching paint for the radiators.
