Brilliant service
I bought 2 tins of paint. Only used 1 and had no problem returning the unused tin. Great shop 👍

No major issues but website said paint would be available 2 days before actual day.

I ordered some paint recently from Brewers online. It was delivered promptly and exactly as described. However, when I got it on the wall I decided the colour wasn’t quite the shade I was hoping for (my own fault entirely!). I phoned the local Brewers Decorator Centre in Bangor, who told me to call in to the shop and they would do their utmost to help. This they did, with a few dollops of pigment and service with a smile. I’m now one very happy customer and won’t hesitate to buy from them again. Thanks for excellent service!

We wanted some wallpaper and matching paints for a small room and the Bangor team went to great trouble to meet our preferences, patiently hauling out large books of samples and talking through colour options. Our order is now ready after less than two days. We've for some time had an addiction for more quality materials, and always end up buying from Brewers. The results - colours, textures etc - are invariably spot on.

I had the pleasure of being served by a Mr Phil Cook. I don’t think I’ve ever been more impressed by a man’s knowledge determination, or just sheer willingness to facilitate the customers needs. It was only a couple of pots of paint, but they had a sentimental meaning to them. Mr Cook (Phl) worked tirelessly speaking to other branches and manufacturers sourcing the absolute perfect product for us, his time and effort were rewarded with only a few pots of paint purchase as that’s all we needed. He will never get rich from us as I’m only a homeowner doing a DIY project, but I will never buy from another manufacturer or another person again truly an outstanding human being

These guy's are so helpful and took the time to explain everything I would need to paint a new front door, I am a novice so did not understand the difference between Oil and Water based products.

They mixed me primer/undercoat and topcoat to my wife's RAL colour, even the primer/undercoat was in this RAL.

Even sold me a brush to dust off after sanding along with the correct grade of Sandpaper.

Never had service like this in B&Q who just want you to self serve and you end up with wronf products.

If anyone in Anglesey or surrounding areas are doing any decorating jobs go see Brewers in Bangor you won't go wrong, make sure you get your Chocolate Paint Brush to ....... gave me 4 for our grand kids so no sharing or strops probs.

Great retail experience all around, if more shops were like this then less people would use on-line.

At The Abbey Road Centre, our Bangor (Gwynedd) Brewers shop is accessible by a short walk from us. It's our go to place to pick up decorating resources. As we are a charity and are struggling in the current climate, Phil recently offered a 20% on full price items. This will really help us get a fresh lick of paint on the place in order to increase our room hire income. If in doubt, be like Phil. Thanks Phil!

I made a enquiry regarding a paint that I used for my fence panels two years ago with very little detail apart from the colour. I had exceptional service from Phil who went above and beyond to be extremely helpful by phoning the manufacturer and returning my call. I can thoroughly recommend Brewers for the very helpful advice they offer.

I never thought of using this shop, however due to circumstances beyond my control I found myself having to go into the shop in Bangor North Wales and I am realy glad i did, the service was amazing the staff are very helpful, knowlagable and friendly, they sell top quality products the Albany paint which was purchased was the best paint I have used in 30 years of being a DIY enthusiast (and I am a retired painting inspector) i highly recommend Brewers if there is one near you go in and check it out I don't think you will be disappointed.
