Paint mixing fail
Their delivery was excellent and the driver fantastic. But they had mixed one of the Dulux paints incorrectly, instead of blue it came out black. Unfortunately, I wasn't unable to check it first and the contractor went ahead unknowingly with this colour, so a bit of a failure all round.

I'm glad to hear the delivery was good and you had a lovely driver! I have been in contact with the store who let me know this can be a very dark shade of blue depending on the lighting of the room and time of day. There is no black involved in the tinting of this colour. So sorry for any inconvenience and we hope to welcome you back to turn this experience around for you.
