all i wanted was some gloss paint ... not your approval
went to buy some bright coloured gloss from Basingstoke yesterday to paint concrete garden ornaments . the chap didn't agree with what i was painting with it even tho i had been doing it happily for years so wouldn't sell it to me !!!!
what businesses is it of his what i paint ??? wont be going back there any time soon !!!!

Excellent customer service at Brewers Basingstoke West
We just wanted to thank Matt Saunders at Brewers Basingstoke West for his excellent customer service, patience, and great knowledge about paint. He explained clearly, answered our questions, was very helpful and gave us great confidence in buying from Brewers. There are 2 other staff (Kim and a tall man with glasses) we spoke with there, they also helped us a lot as well. Brewers staff go the extra mile which is rare these days, and hope Brewers value the staff and reward them.

Learn from your mistakes
I decided to buy some paint from another paint specialisty online, Service etc was really bad (not 100% happiness from me). The paint was also a different colour to what I bought from elsewhere. So, back to Brewers and they had everything I needed and shopping was a pleasure. I won't go elsewhere again, sorry about that!
