Told paper would be in first week of…
Told paper would be in first week of May now into third week of May and still not in. Not a major problem yet but no update from Brewers despite phone call.

Very poor
Very poor. The branch had no notification of my Internet order for paint and struggled to find any reference to the order on their on-line systems from the full documentation and order confirmation I provided. Branch staff were very helpful in trying to help overcome obvious internal company issues. It should not take 20 minute or more to pick up a tin of paint - take a lesson from Screwfix!
