Mel, was a fantastic help, she had really good knowledge of the products, also gave me some good ideas for paint, i didn't know they mixed all all colours in store either, i will become a repeat customer.

Excellent!
Excellent - in the Bicester branch, they have polite and helpful staff which is always welcomed. They nearly always have stock available and if not, can quickly order in. Wouldn't buy paint from anywhere else.

Ordered 4 weeks ago and still haven’t…
Ordered 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. Apparently out of stock but no indication of this when I put the online order in. No one knows when it will come back into stock. I have had to ring weekly to chase my order. Not impressed!!
