Great service. Ordered RAL colour paint online. Within an hour or so, I received text saying ready for collection. Impressed. Staff are lovely and helpful.

Placed an order and was quoted for 3 working days delivery. When called 3 days later to check the order status as never received any tracking information, was told will take another "5 working days ISH". Cancelled the order at that point. 2 days later was called back by them to confirm with me the cancellation, that was really stupid. Unprofessional and unreliable!

Poor local service
I ordered some stuff over the Internet and waited patiently for the text to tell me that is was ready to pickup. The text never came. When I phoned I went straight through to head office and they said that my order was showing that it was ready and to wait for the text from them. The text again, never came. So I went to the branch and it was empty. I waited about 5 minutes until someone appeared and went to get my order. No apology, no dialogue, just here's your order, bye!
You wouldn't get ti's kind of service from Screwfix!!
