Researching pricing for Sandtex 365 paint. Best online price including delivery DCOPRO £55. Brewers price £71.48 for collection. Even B&Q is cheaper at £65.09.

Unhappy with delivery time
Delivery was taking ages, so after a week I contacted Brewers to find out where it was.
I was told it had been sent back due to a tin being damaged. Why wasn't I informed of this instead of being left waiting not knowing?
After contact it was delivered in a couple of days.
It would be helpful if they'd keep their customers up to date if problems like that happen.

This is a great paint store with lovely patient staff who go above and beyond the call of duty to help ( even with me, miss fussy 😂)
Their prices are good too!
And I saved £’s on using too many testers due to the outstanding advice!

Great Customer Service at Holdenhurst Road Store
I would just like to say that on visiting the store in Holdenhurst Road I was pleasantly surprised at how informative two of your colleagues Sarah & Kim were. They were extremely helpful & I felt very safe with the precautions they had in places all the while having a bit of fun with the stripy sock Friday thing going on especially as I too had stripy socks on.
