Great experience. Courteous delivery courier.

Awaited delivery (5days) rung on 6th day and they had missed my order. Went to collect what was in and then, had to go back twice to collect other items that should have been delivered.

Lots of ‘sorry’s’ but complete lack of understanding that the job was spun out by 2 days because of the oversight and add on the three collections through traffic and it was a bit of a nightmare.

From ordering to delivery was very straightforward and trouble free.
The website was very concise and easy to use,and to cap it all, the sander was delivered the next working day.
Excellent all round.

Great range of products and incredible level of customer service

The order was made online and was ready for collection within a couple of hours.

I placed an order for click and collect. I thought that this would save time. The items were in stock and I really didn't need to do click and collect as they were easy items.
Going to the Freshfield store was a nightmare and it took 20min to pick up one tin of paint and two rolls of masking tape. I was told that they had problems with the system!!!! ????

Great experience in store for me and my partner as first time home buyers decorating our new home. The woman who served us made the experience so easy for us. Whilst also saving us some money, as for some reason we thought we should get enough paint to decorate the whole of Brighton! It's so nice to have such bubbly service that is genuine, feels like you're buying from a friend rather than a stranger, thank you again.

Amy was so attentive to all of my needs in store and answered questions before I had even asked them, while also being pulled by her colleagues often for information, she is a credit to your team and truly a lovely woman to deal with. It is so nice to not feel daunted to enter a store like yourselves without feeling silly for asking questions which is what have felt in the past in brewers' stores.

Your shop was really welcoming with also a great music selection too sing along to while waiting for paint to be mixed!

Easy to use Web site, had in stock what I required with fast free delivery

I've been using Brewers for many years now. They have a very good range of decorating products, which, if not in stock can be delivered quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive.

Good service, but as I normally collect. I decided to have this order delivered. Two items were stock, one was ordered in. When the order did not arrive the next day. I assumed that this was due to the out of stock item and the order would be fulfilled when this was available which would have been a few days later. I was not desperate for the delivery so when I received the order later that week I was confused as the out of stock item had been delivered but not the other two items. I had to ring up to check this out with the local branch. They had forgotten to send out the other items so these were dispatched the following day. As I said I was not desperate for them anyway but it was slightly annoying.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff, dog-friendly shop & our new account working well.
