Friendly, efficient and informative service. Ordered masonry paints and masonry painting kit. All items were delivered on time. The paints were exactly as ordered; the masonry paint kit was recommended by a staff member and was perfect for painting tyrolean rendered walls.

First time user of Brewers here. Super impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of staff. Big thumbs up to staff in Bristol Filton centre. Will never use a DIY store again.

I needed paint for kitchen cabinets so I visited Brewers on Filton Avenue in Bristol.The service that I received was excellent. (and I'm just a DIY'er not Trade).The female staff member patiently took me through all the primer/undercoat/top coat options and matched the required top coat colour using the better match from 2x colour-match machines. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Very fast delivery, easy to find what I was looking for

Can anyone tell me why the staff in Brewers Decorating Centre in Filton are so surly towards members of the public. Is it because they are not part of their “so called trade friends”. They are so unhelpful, don’t want to give you a price straight away, try and sell you the most expensive product on the shelf. They tell you that a particular paint type and colour needs to be made up when it’s in fact a stock item (now happened to me twice). And when you present your Brewers card, you are told “nobody bothers with that”. Yesterday, when I queried why my 20% discount had not been applied, I was told I had to ask for it and next time I had to enter into negotiation with staff to obtain any future discount. I have to say I have been into other local Brewers Decorating Centres and they are certainly more helpful polite and welcoming. It is not the first time I have experienced this negative, stroppy and unhelpful attitude at Filton - do they want the public’s business or not? Maybe, the Manager of Filton can explain what is going on at his/her store and if such staff attitude/behaviour is the norm towards non-trade members of the public. I only shop at Brewers because I want better quality trade paint rather than the diy alternative.

Great selection, ready when it says it will be.

I ordered some paint online through Brewers, it was easy to do and when it was available to pick up in store I received a phone call. The staff in store were helpful and I didn't have to wait long when I got there. There's a car park there. The paint was good quality and a good price. I will be using them again if I need to order the same brand of paint and would recommend!
