Excellent Purchase and Delivery
Ordered a number of products online while on offer - hence really great prices.
Items were delivered a few days later by a driver from the local store who didn't just drop the items anyhow and anywhere and disappear, but was helpful, careful, courteous, knowledgeable and local..!

Still waiting for an update on a roll…
Still waiting for an update on a roll of wallpaper ordered over two weeks ago. I was told at the time or ordering that it would be 3 - 5 days delivery. On my last visit they said they would check and update me. I've heard nothing. Friendly staff, but that's not enough if they don't keep their promises.

The delivery driver delivered a small…
The delivery driver delivered a small tin of product ordered when I thought I had ordered a much larger quantity. He took the small tin back and early next morning a large tin was delivered by the same driver.
All pleasant and excellent service that will not be forgotten.
All paperwork was correct.

A shout out for Rosie & Chelmsford
A shout out for Rosie and all at Chelmsford branch. Had three paint requests and Rosie assisted with advising on and explaining the colour coding for the mix. You don't get this level of knowledge elsewhere!

Beware of relying on Sadolin colour chart
