Had to phone up store to see if they…
Had to phone up store to see if they had my order. Didn’t know what I was talking about or where my Oder was. They had my stock for 3 days before I collected it. Poor communication

Brilliant service. Brewers analysed the colour of a laminated kitchen door so that we could remove the broken laminate and paint the door. All done and the match is so good with the rest of the kitchen it is virtually impossible to see which is the repainted door.

Ordered a twin pack of purdy roller…
Ordered a twin pack of purdy roller sleeves and frame on line as it wasn’t in my local brewers, was told it would be delivered to my local brewers in so many working days and it was, I received the email to say that it was ready to collect which I did. I was really impressed by the service thank you.

Product was not up to the job
I was sold a product, which I was assured was the best for the job, but it was hopeless as did not cover original paintwork as expected. Maybe they did not understand what I was using it for, or I did not explain properly. However, a bit disappointed as I was persuaded to buy this one rather than the "old Fashioned" oil based paint I was originally going to buy!
