Knowledgeable Staff - Great Service
Having sourced some discontinued wallpaper I needed the matching special Harlequin paste. I checked with the Bournemouth store where the paper will be hung, but they were out of stock but kindly redirected me to a local store in Croydon who had one tub. Croydon confirmed the item was in stock and put it behind the counter for me. I also got some Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt mixed from an old colour way no longer advertised. Good old fashioned service from people who know what they are doing. Will shop there again!

New account never received 20%!
Opened a new account, was promised 20% off first order but never received it.
Item said 2-3 working days for collection, finally arrived almost 2 weeks later! No calls to apologise we had to chase the order. Not impressed at all.
I never received the email with the 20% off, that's why I couldn't redeem it!

Cheerful and professional service.
Welcomed at the door of the Croydon branch by a very helpfull member of staff who enquired cheerfully whether I needed any help. He remember my phone call from the previous week and was able to immediately locate the paint items I had ordered via the web. Sadly, these days such friendly professionalism can not be taken for granted, so thank you😊. Also, the solvent based paint that I needed was available in a smaller quantity than elsewhere and was therefore cheaper.

Doug was very helpful in finding the right colour and sort of paint I needed. He went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. Pleasant and ensured I wasn’t rushed in making my decision.
