Excellent service from this company in Dereham popped in on Saturday..needed a high quality stepladder quite quickly..the gentleman in the shop was exceptionally helpful and offered local delivery on the following Monday ..which was excellent in itself ..but also offered that his colleague as we were so local could drop it around later in the day which she did (Thank you Tara!) .. excellent friendly service thank you.

Three weeks and still no delivery
Three weeks and still no delivery, no communication from the company, rang the local branch told they cannot do anything as ordered on line! And out of stock.
Confirmation email said delivery in 5 days!
Used previously and well impressed with speedy delivery.

Very knowledgeable staff
This review is about the Dereham branch (Norfolk). Needed some exterior masonry paint. Very knowledgeable staff, eager to help and offer advice. Colour mixed whilst we waited. Great quality products. You get what you pay for. Homebase and B&Q is false economy, they might be a pound cheaper but you'll end up putting 3 coats on. 🤣

Ordered paint which was not in stock. Told 3 day delivery, but it hadn't arrived 5 days later
I cancelled the order, but I have had no response from customer service department.
