Ran out of paint partway through my kitchen renovation so a bit of a rush job. Brewers had what I wanted in stock and the right size.
Paint quality is superior to what you can buy in most local DIY stores so very pleased.
Had some good advice about storing part used cans of paint too which I wasn't aware of.

Good customer service and quick delivery times
Although my mixed order could only be delivered in sections because of a supply problem, the first half arrived immediately and they chased up the second half and actually I only had to wait a couple of days after that. So good personal customer service by phone and email and fast delivery once able.

Excellent customer service when item ordered for home delivery was not available within order date. They chased up order immediately and updated me straight away. Delivery was swift once in store.

Paint lnowledge
I ordered click and collect paint which was fine. However the customer service man wasn’t very knowledgeable about the range of paints available and in particular those that were more environmentally friendly. I would have expected more of a knowledge base from the staff.
