I had a problem matching colours.
I had a problem matching colours and Brewers Dorking sorted it out expediently. The new colour arrived the same day. Andrew at the store deserves a special mention for a job well done.

We understand your concern about the price, we do offer a price march guarantee and so if you do find the product cheaper elsewhere, speak to the local team and they will be able to give you more information. We also offer a Brewers account which gives new account holders 2 x 20% vouchers to use on their first and second transactions as well as 10% off our exclusive brand Albany! I hope this helps! I was disappointed ....
I was disappointed that you could not mix a Dulux colour that other retailers are happy to mix. I have bought this colour from Dulux suppliers to paint my house for the last 15 years. Brewers but not others say that because its a masonry paint Dulux won't allow them to mix 2000N or Zigzag as it is called.
