Good products but unfortunately not the best service in the particular store.
We found the person who gave us the click and collect item to be unfriendly, unhelpful and lacking in interest to our needs. This is at least the second time that we have experienced this unfriendliness in this shop compared to the one in Winchester. In Winchester they have always been very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Worst customer service I’ve received in many years. Winchester branch a pleasure, Eastleigh a disaster A store to be avoided at all costs, especially by women. Rude and arrogant.
