I would have given 5 stars but my delivery didn't come within 3 days, as stated on the website. As I'd already booked a decorator I was a bit concerned - but Dean from Enfield branch saved the day. He was very helpful and made some phone calls to ensure my wallpaper was couriered direct to my address from where it was at the time.

I have an order from April 6th that…
I have an order from April 6th that even today I have not received a message to collect the order. When I asked them, they told me that the order was complete, even though I had not picked up any order. When I asked them what happened to my order, they didn't know what to answer. They said that they would solve the problem and that they would give me my money back, but even after 3 weeks I have not received any answer or the money back. I really do not recommend them.

I've looked into your order and can see that the phone number supplied on the order is incorrect, it has too many numbers which is why the auto text regarding collection didn't reach you.
I'm sorry the refund hasn't been completed however the store have no record of this being requested.

Ordered items over the phone; there was about a week lead time which I knew about.
Received a phone call when items in, collected and paid, very good service and helpful staff. Have used the Enfield branch several times and have always had good service.
