Brewers Decorator Centres - Gillingham Reviews 

Bought paint and went to have it delivered but changed my mind just before I placed my order. The local brewers called me when they received it and said I could pick it up or they could drop it off for free the same day.
Now that’s service!

Overall good experience. One gallon of paint wasn’t mixed thoroughly so spectacles of the other colour was coming through.

After placing the order i got a call to say the 5 rolls of wallpaper could not be provided with the same batch number. I reluctantly agreed only to then be told that rather the 3 days wait for collection that it would be at least a week. I cancelled the order and bought it elsewhere

I visited Brewers in Gillingham today, and was assisted by Jayden (Jaden?). I've never done a 'trust pilot' review before, but I had to congratulate you on having such wonderful staff. Jayden was polite, knowledgeable, patient and extreamly helpful. Please pass on my thanks to him for me. He's a credit to your company!

I requested delivery of item but received a text telling me it was awaiting my collection. After contacting customer service it was delivered to me the next day.

Having looked over numerous websites looking for my ideal wallpaper I found a lovely design through Brewers in Gillinham. Nick was a great help in showing my various sample books. But unknown to me he knew exactly what I had in mind and it was spot on. Even the price he did some negotiation.
My paper was ordered late afternoon the next morning it was at the store. A young man delivered it before midday, he was extremely polite and helped bring in my large parcel. So so friendly, well mannered young man. Can not say enough about them as you can see from my long review.

Popped in to the Gillingham branch today to get a few bits from the store as well as some advice and the staff were very helpful indeed.

BIG thank you to Brewers team. Started with Jack in customer service who was immensely helpful when I needed help understanding the products. And to Nick in the Gillingham branch who was so gracious in replacing an order that wasn’t the correct shade.
I’m a DIYer so understanding the shade codes was a bit tricky. It might make the team’s life easier if Brewers had a simple grid of colour swatches and the tint codes that match the mixing machines. Less chance of a customer getting confused!
Also, thanks to Albany for their masonry shade range - they seem to be the only company that offers more than white and beige! And for selling sample pots! Very happy with my Forest Green - ask for 12D45 if you want the olive-shade!

My purchase was a success eventually. A young man brought it to me in person from Brewers, after I had phoned their head office to enquire as to when I would receive it. I was a bit concerned as there was never an email of any sort to confirm that my order was being dealt with. However, all's well that ends well.
