Went to the Harlow branch to collect two tins of Farrow & Ball paint that I ordered on line, which were ready for collection, and while I was there I wanted a tin of Treron 292 eggshell estate which they had in stock, but your network was down so ended up buying it from B&Q for £2.00 more.
