Slow service
Price was good, only took a couple of days to come into stock.
When collecting it was very slow service, not enough staff. Called back in for another order but only 1 member of staff dealing with a customer who had numerous queries, waited 10 minutes and then left

Ordered a can of exterior masonry paint
Ordered a can of exterior masonry paint in just the shade I have been looking for and had thought it was the holy grail !!!! Thought I would have to wait a while but got a text that it was ready to collect from my local branch the next morning. Really pleased, service at the branch was great too.
