A member of staff called Kelly was just so helpful giving me ideas when it came to choices of wallpaper bringing many different wallpaper books for me to look. Even going into the back to bring a book that she thought I might like a wallpaper in. Kelly really went out of her way. Just great customer service. Thank you

Horsham Brewers customer service is excellent.
I bought some paint matched by the Dulux paint matching service. To my disappointment I only realised when painted that it was not a good match. I took the paint back and the customer service at Horsham Brewers was wonderful. The manager liaised with Dulux, kept me regularly informed and made sure I was not out of pocket.

Went to the Horsham branch needing a non solvent based stain block product, to kill off nicotine stains in a badly stained room (brown ceilings) Luckily Colin was there to advise me, and recommend a brand new product, Zinsser Aqua Bin. Was fantastic, a did the job, where other water based products wouldn't. Highly recommend. Thanks Colin 👍

Fabulous Customer Service
Having worked in customer service focused roles all my life, I can honestly say that Zoe is an absolute diamond in the rough world of quick buys and limited customer interactions, she took her time on a busy weekend to go through multiple colour charts with me, I had a purchase order for a paint pack and she went thought every item with me, answered all my queries and did so whilst making me absolutely crease with laughter and have a joke together, all whilst remaining professional and still serving customers with quicker orders around me to keep the traffic flowing in the shop. I honestly can’t say the last time I can remember such a wonderful experience shopping, and such stellar customer service. I hope management know what a star they have. The paint is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much Zoe!
