I placed an order
I placed an order, realised that it was the wrong item. Asked for the item to be cancelled, which l got a reply saying yes it would be cancelled and money reimbursed. A few days later the ‘cancelled’ item arrived. I re-contacted Brewers who apologised and said it would be sorted …. Still waiting 😞

In spite of a delay at the wallpaper suppliers brewers were helpful and kept me informed.

Excellent service!

Very disappointed
The order was not passed to the supplier, i chased it up once advised delivery date had past to be told that i would then have to wait another 5 days and have to collect from branch rather than posted to my address.
The wallpaper is also a different colour from the same fabric and the white edge lines show on each drop of due to strong colours. Very disappointed all round really
