Good selection of paints
Good selection of paints, made a relatively order stating needing 10L of paint for various colours. The lady made all orders up in 5L tins which were more pricy. Didnt explain or confirm prices before making up. Earlier a colleague had explained about price matching to other companies but didnt agree to price match! Unhelpful in that department. Unhelpful with answering questions. Did get 20% off as some sign up give details offer. Which still worked out more expensive than other places online and locally. Overall their prices are higher than other places. And staff not geniunely interested in helping with best buys.

Excellent customer service
Inadvertently ordered wrong colour wallpaper but Brewers exchanged it with no problem. Jane in Leicester was exceptionally helpful with communication etc

I ordered some sample pots of Benjamin Moore paints and then ordered the tin in the colour I chose. Both orders were pretty much ready the same day. Was updated via text message right away. The ordering process was simple as well as collecting at my local store. Very pleased with Brewers and the quality of the paint.

Delivery was by their own driver - personal service
Delivery was by their own driver, so excellent service. I had a query on the colour and a real person dealt with it until resolution. It felt like an old-fashioned company where personal service is important. This is rare. Will definitely be using them again.
