Excellent customer service at brewers. I had a little trouble with my delivery which was my own fault but they went above and beyond to rectify the problem as well as gifting me 10% off next order even when it wasn't their fault to begin with. Jacqui in customer services was exceptional!

I’ve been using Brewers Decorators…
I’ve been using Brewers Decorators Centres for about a year now and either have my orders delivered or collect from my local branch in Leighton Buzzard.
As a DIY’er I prefer trade paints, and Brewers stock all the well‑known brands as well as their own. I’ve found their own-brand paints to be just as good as the big names, which is a nice bonus.
Ordering from the website—whether for delivery or collection—is straightforward. They usually have everything I need in stock, the prices are fair for trade‑quality products, delivery has always been on time, and collections are ready when they say they will be, which makes planning jobs much easier.
The staff at my local branch are friendly and helpful. Whenever I’ve needed advice on finishes or tools, the team have pointed me in the right direction.
