Mixed my primer wrong and wouldn’t listen!!
Bought paint and primer online for click and collect. Went to the store to collect when I noticed the primer had been mixed wrong. I mentioned it to the guy on the counter who basically didn’t want to know and went on to serve the next customer. Got home and opened the primer and the colour was totally not what I had ordered. Used the online chat to explain that the primer wasn’t correct. They sorted the matter out and another tin was delivered to my front door. Very rude Intore at the Louth branch however couldn’t fault the online customer service. Will definitely think twice before using the Louth branch again. Maybe a customer service lesson or two wouldn’t go a miss…
