Order had short delay, but good communication from brewers, very friendly helpful staff, even put order in car, highly recommended

Ordered a tin of barn paint in the afternoon, it was the best price I could find. It was delivered in the morning the next day. A better service than Amazon. Would definitely use again.

Excellent. Ordered online, received item within 90 minutes. What more can you ask for

Customer changed their mind before I’d even picked it up, rang and asked for a refund however was told that it was not possible. So had to pick up a paint that I didn’t need or use. To make it worse found after that when getting different shade that it is £10 cheaper else where and that I could have got 20% off originally as first purchase with Brewers.
Overall unimpressed would not recommend shopping with Brewers for these reasons.

Good and professional staff from ordering to delivery

Always well stocked, with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else for painting and decorating requirements.

Excellent service. Product not in stock and I was kept informed of availability and delivery to local store. Collection smooth despite social distancing and very helpful staff.

Excellent service and advice and a good price

Great company to deal with - website was easy to navigate, found what I needed very quickly. Products are well presented and easy to understand. The order process is fast and efficiently carried through to payment and finalisation. Post sale communications are good also, I knew exactly what was happening and when. My products arrived quickly and in good order. If you need paint and accosiated accessories - you found the right place - highly recommended. AD - Norwich

Fantastic store! All the staff are so friendly and helpful, great range of products and really good value. Also, the click and collect works so well too which is handy if I need supplies quickly

Excellent product sikkens stain & service thank you

A brilliant service - easy online ordering, quick delivery, and an excellent product.

When ordering paint it didn't say it was out of stock, asked for it to be delivered on the Monday it didn't arrive, phoned shop next day they said they were getting it on Thursday and I would either get it Thursday or Friday well it's now Saturday and still no paint. Lack of communication is the problem, if the store had rung me instead of me keep ringing them and told me what was going on then I wouldn't have given 1 star. Changed review to 3 star as problem was sorted. Thank you.
